Thank you for purchasing your holiday with World Travel Lounge, part of the Co-operative Travel Consortium. We hope that you are looking forward to your holiday!

If you need any assistance with arranging any additional aspects of your holiday please don’t hesitate to call us. In the meantime, if you would like to make a payment towards your outstanding balance, or if you need to provide Advanced Passenger Information, you’ll find all the relevant details on our API page.

Making a payment

To make a payment towards the outstanding balance of your holiday, click the relevant button below. Remember that we don’t charge you to use any type of payment card and that includes Credit Cards & American Express too.

If you selected the option to pay for your holiday by installments, any payments you make above will not automatically reduce the amount of your future payments. Please call us free on 0800 059 9656 once you’ve made your payment and we can adjust this for you.

 

You will need to have the the following information to hand in order to make your payment:

 

  • Lead Name
  • File Reference Number (Booking reference)
  • Lead Passenger Postcode

My Travel Documents

If you’ve made your booking via our website or call centre then you’ll be able to access your booking documents via clicking the relevant link below.

 

You’ll receive a text message as soon as your tickets are available to download and you can download them directly from our website or by downloading the MyTravelApp from the App Store or Google Play Store and logging in with your booking reference and e-mail address.

 

Only travel documents for bookings that have been made via our website or call centre are currently accessible online. If you’ve booked in one of our stores then the store will be in touch with you as soon as your tickets are ready for collection.
