On specific routes all airlines are required to provide details about their passengers before they travel. This is a mandatory requirement and is known as Advance Passenger Information (API). This can be done 90 days prior to departure, but it is recommended no less than 7 days prior to departure.
API refers to specific passport/ID card details and to comply with the API regulation, we will request all the following details for each passenger:
- Full name (as it appears on the passport/ID card)
- Date of birth
- Passport number/ID card
- Country where the passport/ID card was issued
- Passport/ID card expiry date
To submit your API details click on the relevant airline link below (you will need to have your airline booking reference & passports details to hand). This will usually be the “Reference” number on your booking confirmation.
