World Travel Lounge showing on your bank statement?
We currently have an IT issue where Customers bank statements are showing World Travel Lounge when payments have actually been made to another Company.
We'd like to reassure you that your payments are completely safe and will be allocated to your holiday bookings.
World Travel Lounge is a member of the Co-operative Travel Consortium and as such we share the same back office banking teams and systems as other members of the Co-operative Travel Consortium. There is currently an issue that is affecting payments where they're showing as 'World Travel Lounge' rather than the Company that you've made your payment to. Your payment is completely safe and the money has gone to the correct place. Our Finance & IT team are working on this as a priority.
